Balancing is the basic thing that everyone does. Many people don't realize that they can get better at it, but it's just like anything else. The more you practice, the better you get at it.
Balance boards have been around since the 50's, from some far pacific island. There have been and are other products on the market, but Pivit designed and came up with unique ways to make balancing easier. Pivit boards are made in the USA (in Ohio!).
