The Pheasant Lane Mall is a two level super-regional mall located in tax-free New Hampshire. The 1,000,000 square foot mall opened in 1986 and attracts over 10 million customer annually. The mall is anchored by Sears, JCPenney, Target, and Macy's and boasts over 130 specialty stores and a 13-unit Food Court.

The Warwick Mall is a super regional shopping center located on the outskirts of Warwick, Rhode Island. This spacious mall has something for the entire family. The Pier Shops at Caesars is a shopping mall located on the four-story Pier at Caesars on the Atlantic City Boardwalk adjacent to Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey via second-story skybridge, constructed by Perini Building Company of Framingham, Ma. The mall was formerly the Shops on Ocean One mall, originally the Million Dollar Pier.
The pier contains many upscale stores, like Gucci, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Armani A/X, bebe and Burberry, and nine restaurants, including Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr's Buddakan and The Continental, Boston restaurateur Patrick Lyons' Game On!, Trinity Pub & Carvery, and Sonsie, as well as Phillips Seafood of Baltimore. It also contains a wedding chapel.

JCPenney, Sears, Dick's Clothing & Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble and the newly renovated Filene's anchor the shopping center and are surrounded by an exciting retailer mix including aeropostale, abercrombie, Build-A-Bear Workshop, B.Moss Clothing, Club Libby Lu and Hollister. Hallmark and Le Gourmet Chef will open this holiday season.
The Shoppes at Buckland Hills recently complimented the dining selection of Ruby, Tuesday's, Hop's and Friendly's with two new sit-down restaurants - Vinny T's of Boston and Red Robin.

In June 1864, the Wilmington City Railroad Company opened the city's first trolley line, including Delaware Avenue to Rising Sun Lane. Middle Depot was located at Delaware Avenue and Dupont Street, close to the B&O Railway passenger depot.

Quaker Bridge Mall is a two-level, major shopping center located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, on U.S. Route 1 near Interstate 295. The mall opened in 1975, and has over 120 retail establishments. Owned by Kravco Simon, the mall's anchor stores include J.C. Penney, Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Old Navy and Sears. It is also the location of the transmitter for the New Jersey-based radio station WKXW-FM, better known as New Jersey 101.5.
To accommodate the upcoming expansion of the mall, the JCPenney department store is expected to close and relocate to the southern area of the mall (adjacent to Sears) with an expected open date of Fall 2009. Source

The Centre at Salisbury is a 1,000,000 square foot super-regional mall owned by the Macerich corporation in Salisbury, Maryland. The mall's main anchor stores include Sears, Boscov's, Macy's, JCPenney and Dick's Sporting Goods, and it also features a 16 cinema stadium-style Regal Cinemas movie theater. The Centre at Salisbury is the largest shopping mall on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
The newly built Centre at Salisbury was able to attract slightly more upscale establishments that was lacking at the Salisbury Mall, including amenities that were standard at most regional shopping malls, like a food court, and a modern 10 screen multi-plex theater (later 16 screens). Before, most shoppers would have to travel more than two hours away to the Baltimore/Washington, DC. metropolitan area, specialty outlets in nearby Delaware, or elsewhere on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Prior to Rouse Co.'s purchase of the mall in December 1997, The May Co. had committed to build an upscale Lord & Taylor store, with a new Strawbridge's as anchors to the mall. In addition a Guess store joined the mall, as an upscale retailer.
Nordstrom considered opening a store in South Jersey also, but they did not commit to the mall's expansion plans.
In an attempt to protect the Cherry Hill Mall, a mere 3 miles (4.8 km) away, the Rouse Co. acquired the Moorestown Mall. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust acquired the Cherry Hill Mall, Echelon Mall, Moorestown Mall, Exton Square, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and Gallery at Market East on March 7, 2003. Source
